教育組學實驗室大學生國際發表鼓勵方案
一、申請資格
本實驗室指導之大學部學生,其論文經國際研討會正式接受,符合下列全部條件者得申請:
- Short paper 或 full paper,且收錄於具 DOI 之會議論文集
- 於學生作者中排序第一(若有共同標註 equal contribution,依論文所列作者順序認定)
- 研究使用或基於 Uedu 平台(https://uedu.tw)——指論文之資料收集、實驗場域、分析工具、或教學實踐至少其一以 Uedu 為主要載體
- 論文 Acknowledgement 符合下列要求:
- 明確致謝教育組學實驗室(Educational Omics Lab, https://eduomics.org)與 Uedu 平台(https://uedu.tw)
- 若本研究受政府或機構計畫補助,須依實際補助來源列出計畫名稱與編號,由指導教授協助確認
- 通訊作者為本實驗室主持人
- 申請人須實際出席該會議並完成論文報告
二、獎勵金額(以撰稿費方式發放)

三、應繳交稿件
申請人於會議正式結束日後 60 日內繳交:
- 會議心得(1,500 字以上)
- 投稿經驗指南(2,500 字以上,依本實驗室提供之模板撰寫)
並附會議報到證明或現場報告照片。
四、年度上限
同一學生每年度至多申請二件。
五、其他
本方案經本實驗室主持人公告後施行,並得隨時修正。
Educational Omics Lab — Undergraduate International Publication Incentive
1. Eligibility
Undergraduate students supervised by this lab whose paper has been formally accepted by an international conference may apply if all of the following conditions are met:
- The paper is a short paper or full paper published in conference proceedings with a DOI.
- The applicant is listed first among student authors (if equal contribution is noted, authorship order as listed in the paper applies).
- The research uses or is based on the Uedu platform (https://uedu.tw) — meaning that data collection, experimental setting, analysis tools, or teaching practice in the paper relies on Uedu as a primary vehicle.
- The paper's Acknowledgement section:
- Explicitly acknowledges the Educational Omics Lab (https://eduomics.org) and the Uedu platform (https://uedu.tw).
- If the research is funded by a government or institutional grant, the grant name and number must be listed; the supervising professor will assist in confirmation.
- The corresponding author is the lab's principal investigator.
- The applicant must attend the conference in person and deliver the paper presentation.
2. Award Amount (disbursed as manuscript fee)

3. Required Submissions
Within 60 days after the conference concludes, the applicant must submit:
- A conference reflection essay (at least 1,500 Chinese characters)
- A submission experience guide (at least 2,500 Chinese characters, following the lab's template)
Along with proof of conference registration or a photo of the on-site presentation.
4. Annual Limit
Each student may apply for up to two awards per year.
5. Miscellaneous
This program takes effect upon announcement by the lab's principal investigator and may be revised at any time.
